Hymen causes external change once broken?
You can't go swimming in need a tampon. Pads won't work and water does not stop a term. The rule is No tampons=no pool.
Can I Go Swimming When I Have My Period?
Yes you can! You should not wear a wipe, however, because it will just soak up the sea. If you do go swimming while on your time, you should wear a tampon. One word of warning: In recent years, girls and women own been advise not to swim in the the deep when they have their period, because sharks can smell a drop of blood from miles away. (Scary, but true!)
Do You Stop Having Your Period When You’re Under Water?
No. Some girls do find that they bleed less when they are swimming, but others bleed in general when underwater. To protect your swimsuit (and prevent embarrassment), a tampon should be worn when you go swimming during your time.

One caveat is to be aware that sharks can smell minute amounts of blood though the jury is still out as to whether women who are menstruating are attacked more often...but why prospect proving that theory wrong (or worse, right!)? The pool should be ok...unless you hold sharkes in it!
you hold to wear a tampon to swim...it is the only style...
Why have i be so tired lately.?
I wouldn't go swimming while on your time of year w/ out a tampon, unless you're all alone within that pool! For other's sake, please wear a tampon.like everyone else. you can only swim surrounded by it if you're wearing a tampon. but other then that because you're underneath water, the pressure will hold the blood inside of you even if you're not wearing a tampon [or bleed less], but when you come stern out you bleed more because all the blood that be held inside from the pressure will come out IMMEDIATELY after [its like double the flow depending on how long and how you low you've been surrounded by the pool]. so its better just not to jump swimming while you're on your period.
Its call use a tampon or don't go swimming.
Your menstrual flow will progress into the water and contaminate the pool, its massively unsanitary and also humiliating when you get out of the marine and you have blood running down your leg.
FYI the river does not "hold in" your menstrual flow at all, the blood get dispersed into the water so it lone looks like its stopped or mortal "held in".
