It's not highly clear. You say-"ovulation time" when you would ovulate when not on the pill, if you missed a pill there. If you are not on the pill, how can you miss a pill? Anyway. If you miss a pill, it won't kind you ovulate immediately as hormone take time to wash bad your system. As soon as you remember you need to help yourself to the forgotten pill. You should use some other protection also to make sure.
When you are on pills, you don't ovulate at anytime. On the other mitt if you miss a pill, you may ovulate as it may trigger the maturation of the follicle at that time (whatever particular phase it may be contained by your cycle, it doesn't matter)
PS- after reading add det. - At any time you may ovulate if you miss or stop taking the pill, it may not be the ovulation time as per your productive cycle. I think I could not get it clear. Just try to understand, it is not a common cycle when you are on the pills. It won't be "comparatively less risky" to forget the pill at time save for your normal ovulation time!
