Using tampons for first time?

(women and girls ONLY!) Ok i want to start using tampons but dont know which one is the best. Can u tell me which are the best kind and which ones are more comfortable.

try plastic applicator get the junior size or slimfits and try playtex sport or tampax pearl
read the instruction in the box you may wanna practise a few times and alteration your tampon every 4-6 hrs and the only point thats suppose to stick out is the string of the tampon the whole cotton cut is to be in except for the string newly read the instructions and you can throw away the tampons in the toilet

B.V. and antibiotics?

they make a special type of tampon call "slims" for those that have impossible a tampon before.

Dont EVER,EVER attain tampons with a cardoard tube aplicator, these hurt exceptionally much!

If you put a tampon in correctly, you should grain comfortable! Just refer to the diagram that comes in the box!

Is their any birth control that doesn't hold the risk of heart attack and stroke?

You may wanna start off next to plastic applicators instead of cardboard, plastic is easier. You could maybe use playtex meek glide or Playtex sport if you're into sports. Hope this help you out. look at Tampax and Playtex brands they have devout ones.
