Answers:
IUDs such as Mirena or Paraguard. Mirena is terrifically effective (99.9%) because it contains a small amount of progesterone, but that doesn't increase the heart attack/stroke risk. You should own at least one child for this, though.
Barrier methods such as diaphrams, cervical cap, condoms work too.
