Wear a tampon to sleep. This help a lot, especially if you are prone to leak while sleeping. It's embarrassing to bath your sheets in front of adjectives your dorm buddies all the time beside a huge stain. But for the most part, most girls contained by college are cool with it...everyone get their periods!
