Tubal ligation - young, no kids, how can i carry it?

I am a childfree woman. Please don't debate me on this. I have a billion and one reason I don't want kids, I've heard every argument, and I am ABSOLUTELY SURE I don't want kids very soon or ever.

Unfortunately, I am quite childish. As any young women (23 or under) successfully gotten a tubal ligation, or the Essure procedure? What sort of things convinced the surgeon to do it for you? Believe me, I enjoy a reason from every category. What clinics did you find to be principally open-minded? And finally, did any of you twine up pulling the law into it (I know that some states own anti-discrimination laws for women near no kids)?
