IUD and have periods every 2 weeks...anyone hold answers?

I have have an IUD (the regular copper kind no hormones) for something like 4 and half years presently and Ive had mundane and pretty predictable periods up until in the order of 2 months ago. I started having an actual 7 daytime period every two weeks. I really dont know what to do. Im wondering if it could be the deficiency of hormones. Anyone experience the same?

Could be hormonal changes contained by your body due to stress, diet or many other factor. I would consult your doctor if it is a concern, if it's not a concern I would just verbs to track it until your next look in.
My sister who has a copper IUD does hold her period just about every 2 weeks, but hers is more like spotting. It have been that road for her since insertion though.
I wish I could oblige you more, but I have the Mirena and I own not had that problem...but anyway.
