Don't be nervous. The pap smear feel a little awkward. Basically the doctor uses a swab-like item to gather some cell from your cervix. It only last a few seconds. The doctor will also examine your breasts to check for lumps or abnormality. She/he will also check your ovaries (which is the weird part) by using her/his appendage. The first time is awkward, but going to the doctor and spotting a possible problem early on is better than letting the nerves receive to you. Good luck!It will be fine.
