Contraceptive pills instruction confusing?

i'm going to start taking this pill "mercilon" which my doc precribed, according to her i can start on it the day after my spell's cleared which is on d 8th day (i'm currently surrounded by my 7th day now). however according to the instruction on the box itself, it say that i should start on it the 1st day of my interval... which is right? i'm very confused...plz abet..thnx

I have if truth be told taken that pill myself but I think it's duplicate for any of them on the time you start taking them. My doc said it was really up to me, I could start on the time after my period be done or do a Sunday start. Since you're this close you may want to start them on Sunday and that way you can report when you're gonna have your time easier and then if you hold to switch pills or anything it's always easier to remember. But I mull over it's kind of up to you but I've never hear of starting them on the day you start your extent so I wouldn't do that.

i would do what your dr. say. as long as you take it every morning then you shouldn't verbs.

The first day of your time is the correct answer, from the manufactor. Where you trying start your cycle on a different date?
