Did I swallow a rock?

My tummy feels similar to i have a rock inside of it. It have felt upset adjectives day. I go and get hungry but after I eat I simply want to throw up. Its almost a crampy feeling. its surrounded by my upper left of my tummy just below my breast. what is this? i own never had stomache problems up to that time.
