but i dont use an applicator. their really uncomfortable surrounded by my opinion. so i simply take the tampon out of it and put LOTS of vasaline around the tampon the insert it in near my fingers. ya it sounds gross but you dont even feel it. after just dust ur hands. MAKE SURE TO RELAX! dutiful luck huny!
