Anemia and Periods- Why am I so lightheaded?
My question is roughly my period. I am due to start soon and I am already dizzy and lightheaded. I know from vigour class that you fill near blood then the blood leaves-
Is it considered blood loss to your body since it exits?

Normal period do not cause blood loss, its just heavy period that might cause blood loss. I suggest, once you bring back your period and if you really quality weak and dizzy after ward (or during) you should consult your doctor and have some blood-test done.
