well i'm 5/4 almost 5/5 i weigh like 140. i wear a 9ish contained by juniors. am i flabby? I mean I know I enjoy some extra baggage but I can't acquire rid of it! I have big bones...it runs surrounded by the family so i know i will never be a size 3. but i would similar to to lose some weight. I hold to do it secrectly though my fam doesnt know. help me lose wieght. pls. no smarta$$ answers pls i already enjoy no selfconfidence. i would like help
