Hmm. Bust ... firming. The simply things you can firm are the muscles surrounding the bust, which are mostly chest muscles. Here are some chest exercises, with example video: http://www.exrx.net/lists/exlist/chestwt... . Defining the abs will also make your bust "stand out" more.

So you involve to start exercising. Set small goals: swim lap, run for 20 minutes, or take an aerobics class two to three times a week. Aerobic exercise is what burns calories. Add the counterweight training on your off days ... probably two times a week.

Gradually eliminate processed foods from your diet. Make small diet change that are manageable, first trying to remove sugar and junk food, later salts. Eat smaller meal - six evenly spaced throughout the day, alternating carbs and proteins (carb for breakfast time 1, protein meal 2, carb buffet 3, etc.). Unprocessed foods you'll want to stick with are oatmeal, eggs, whole-grain rice, fruits and vegetables, tuna, other fish (I love package salmon), and chicken. For flavor, try pickles and honey.

Is there a supplement.?

I expect the best thing you could do would be to carry measured for a decent bra, and buy a sports one while you're at hand, too. That way you can exercise (I really reccomend you do some cardio because if you don't lose oil, toned muscles won't show) and do some toning moves. Try doing some push-ups, chair dips and anything else where on earth you use back and chest muscles.
