What vitamins/supplements do you appropriate and why?

I take relatively a few vitamins, mostly recommended by my doctor -- calcium, vitamin C & E capsule, evening primrose supplement, and a multiple. Plus a probiotic.

But I own heard rather frequently that all vitamins really do is make available you very expensive urine! ;-)

Yet I can conspicuously tell a difference contained by how I feel when I stop taking the supplements -- especially the calcium and evening primrose.

I have taken suppliments for heaps years, especially star flower, which I used for side effects of the menopause with out the suppliments I feel tired ,dizzy and i sweated a great deal, especially when anxious, I know you should not run them all the time and every very soon and then you should hold a week or tow break from taking them as they work better that way, in attendance are many populace who do not believe in herbal medicatione, but they forget that most medication the doctor give you comes fronm herbs, plants etc.

Your doctor is right, if they work for you, afterwards carry on.

I take a multivitamin and flaxseed grease and Bcomplex, to improve my mood, and alot of Dr's recommend a multi and that's it, they could especially well b e a lavish of money.

Im having trouble inserting or letting..?

I filch multivitamin and Calcium supplements w/vitamin D. I do also take a low dose of premarin every other hours of daylight for menopause. I decided to stay on the hormone treatment since it is such a low dose my GYN Dr.(a female) suggested that it would be safe since I own been on it for 9yrs. As long as you get through healthy the multivitamin and calcium supplements should be fine. During the winter vitamin C is a honourable idea for colds and virus. I guess the other supplements you take can't hurt unless you would over pinch them but I'm not sure if they really do help.
