Can anyone support me if laser hair removal for PCOS sufferers is available on the NHS surrounded by the UK?

My wife have cancer again in the same breast after ten years ,just a different type?
As far as I am aware it is defined as purely cosmetic and as such not currently available on the NHS.
I haven't heard that its available on the nhs but I enjoy read in a magazine some time ago that reliable beauty salon might give you a reduced price for lazer pelt removal.
This is if you have a confirmation memorandum from a gyn/ob stating that you do suffer from pcos.
I think that it would work of late the same as if you didn't hold pcos but might take a few more sessions.
Yes unwanted curls is a cosmetic thing but for a woman who grows pelt like a man would this is not run of the mill and its heartbraking for those who it affects
