Can an upset stomach hold anything related to pms?

everytime i have my menstrual circle my stomach get upset, what could it be? it happens every time and im sick of taking pills, is nearby a natural remedy i should hold or something i should avoid?

i always relax on the sofa beside a cup of hot chocolate or tea and have a hotwatter bottle on my stomach
put a devout film on and relax this really help trust me i hate tablets too its adjectives the solution appears to be these days but my method works try it and permit me know if it works

oh most definately it can be associated with pms...its adjectives about the hormones hun..stomach issues while ovulating or menstruating can be constipation to diahrrea to nausea
Within a year or two it should resolve itself just stick beside a healthy diet and plenty of hose down.
