What foods, exercises, and etc. do girls involve everyday?
What foods, exercises, and etc. do girls need everyday? Im trying too be well again! Any advice?

Everybody should receive in 20+ minutes of moderate exercise respectively day.
Regarding diet, Stop drinking soda. Eat together grains instead of white flour or rice. Control your portions. Cut your snacks (cake, cookies, ice cream...etc) to once or twice a week
You do that, and you will be nourishing and fit
What does age have to do near it?
I guess try to exercise a couple of times a week, and eat seriously of foods with iron b/c girls want iron since they have period..and periods tend to lost greatly of iron from the blood. And don't stock up too much on the junk food!
