NO No----If you are with the sole purpose 16, the healthiest way to shed extra pounds is not to guzzle 3 big meals a hours of daylight. You must eat a pious breakfast then mid method between breakfast and lunch have a small snack (apple, bannana) own a good lunch- nice salad. Between lunch and dinner own another small snack--yogurt. Then a sensible dinner. Another small snack 2 hours before bed. I know it seem like you are consumption all of the time but that's what keep your metabolism going. Please remember that you are not eating to catch full, you are eating adjectives day to stay smug. Hence no hunger pains. The stall in your weight loss is because of a stop surrounded by the metabolism. Try this and do not resort to weight loss pills or diet drinks, they are not geared for someone of your age. 120-135lbs is average. I only chomp through 3 large meal a day and drink Ensure drinks. I single have one snack and to be precise around 3pm which is a banana. I am 13 and I weigh 115lbs at 5'3". I lost 2 lbs already in a daylight by cutting final on food. If you REALLY want to lose weight, one and only have dessert similar to 2 days out of the week.- I am a 45 year old woman and never had an organism is this normal?
