i'm 14 and i had an ovarian cyst finishing month in the middle of my cycle. we go to the dr. and had a CT scan and it be an ovarian cyst. i'm afraid i will get one again, and they are SO stinging. my cycle is very irregular, so i be wondering if birth control could help regulate my cycle and prevent more ovarian cysts. i'm not trying to attain birth control for sex, i'm saving myself until conjugal. no joke answers please. and if i should carry on birth control which kind do you reccomend for these vocabulary?

Birth control could hold some negative side-effects, and I don't really feel that it would help much beside ovarian cysts. However, I do not have much ease of the subject. I would recommend talking to your doctor or a womanly adult you trust.

I have never have an ovarian cysts, but I have be on the pill for 5 years. It does make your interval lighter and easier to handle. I merely have it for 3 days and I never hold to use a heavy wad or tampon.
