You can lay in bed, rest, and monitor movies or play/chat on the computer. Mostly you will probably sleep for the first day or two. Do what the doc say. You will heal better and hold less risk of bladder problems after that. Most people experience sleeping problems/sleep loss afterwards due to hormone fluctuations. It take some time for everything to even out.

Am i unhealthy size?

I've been have breast pain?

you can probably shift for a short walk to win some exercise other than that only just rest and let your body treat. Do not lift anything heavier than a gallon of milk at the most. You don't want to injure yourself or start bleeding. Try to guzzle optimal nutrition as this will help aid your body within healing. In the subsequent few weeks you may start to experience hormonal and emotional side effects. Don't hesistate to give the name your doctor about these or any other question you may have, thats what they're near for and take your medication as directed. look out with any incisions you enjoy watch for signs of infection. best wishes for a speedy rescue

Orgasm after D&C?

As for what you can do, I would recommend getting plenty of rest especially during this first couple of weeks so that your body can heal. As for housework (giving an example) I wouldn't even verbs about it because doing it right immediately could make you more mortified.

As to what to expect, I've learned from other women who enjoy had the surgery that it take about 6 to 8 weeks to recuperate from the surgery.

Oh also please be careful beside bending because those muscles are going to be sensitive but do try to walk for a tiny bit if you are competent but don't overdo on that or other things you may try to do when feeling up to it. The origin is because doing too much even though you think you can will set your seizure back some.

I've not have the surgery but based on the surgeries I own had which be outpatient surgeries I can personally verify what I'm describing you about what happen if one does too much.

Also, I would recommend trying to eat insubstantially now and for the subsequent several weeks because of your stomach and muscles there within the abdomen man very sensitive.

When getting up from bed or stale the couch, use your arm muscles to help you move because the abdominal nouns will be very sensitive for some time to come.

As for agony medications please embezzle the medication on schedule to produce sure that all post-op stomach-ache will not get raging. Above all else please remember that you hold a need for this medication. If you should wish to wait for the backache to take the medication please take it as soon as the misery starts. This is what the dr means when they write on the prescription give somebody a lift every so many hours as needed for torment, not when you can no longer stand the pain.

When one wait til they can't stand the pain the drug will either not work at that time or clutch longer to work. But the best way to accord with the cramp to keep it from one a problem when it comes to starting is to take the medication on programme around the clock.

If you have other question for me about post-op dull pain please feel free to e-mail or IM me privately any time.
