If someone and their family be sick would they be treated at an emergency hospital for free?

I have hear that this happens. How can this be?

If you or your family bough does not have insurance, at hand is a thing call free care, I believe every state have it. An emergency room cannot turn you down and in defence you can't afford it, it may not be ethical but medical records cannot be record on your credit report. I live in Massachusetts and we enjoy whats called Mass Health, but you deeply have to be homeless or jobless to qualify for it. I craft very little money so I use the emergency room relatively often. Of course they charge an arm and a leg so I cant afford that any so I just disregard the bills. It may not nouns right, but when you need medical attention, you involve mediacl attention...what else can you do? What are you supposed to just die? You do what you enjoy to do.
