Periods and pad?

I have an IUD and okay my periods are wild. This one has be for like 9 days already. Anyways, i dont close to tampons, so i wear pads. But immediately that my periods are so long, the pad are starting to rub a rash surrounded by between my legs. Anyone know what i can do or any other alternatives besides tampons?

I once read an article about a woman who developed rash, itching and hot flushes and to cut a long story short it was to do beside her sanitary towels. Something in the material a short time ago didn't agree with her. She started using life ones and the problem dissappeared. Maybe give those a try? x

If you are a smaller person (petite) try using pad for teenagers. They are not as wide and come across to fit much better. If that doesn't work, switch to a different brand. Something in the product you are using now may be making your condition worse.
