-How can I read a book without my come first hurting should I take tyenol?
-I am expecting my interval on the 30th of June and I really dont want it.I wanna have fun so I cant wear tampons.

I take Dramamine but I also decline asleep after a while. But I read and have no problems. I used to try to read but would draw from headaches and touch like a be going to throwup. And I just grasp carsick after a long time in a motor. but that Dramamine stuff is pretty much amazing.

i can't answer your reading cross-examine, but for the period one. you will consistency better with a tampon believe me. they aren't really a bid problem. pad are actually not as fun b/c they r messier and after you'd be sitting on your bloody pad for the undamaged car ride. purely use a tampon, it is less to verbs about.

While reading a book, don't look at the road when the motor is in motion. If I even see the road from the side of my eyes when the motor is in motion after I get headache.
