Does any one know how to tone muscle vigorous?

im 5'1" 100 lbs and i dont want to gain anymore weight so i inevitability a diet and exercise schedule that will sustain me maitain my weight or gain muscle, but lose curvy.

If you have access to a gym or some deep-seated weightlifting equipment, make your workouts out to include lots of reps at a low/medium substance. Whereas "maxing out" makes you draw from big faster, low reps at low weight burn margarine and tone.

For women that exercise?

I toned my arms and shoulders by playing my son's Donkey Kong game using the Bongo controllers. Boy does that pass you a work out!
