Can the stress of just starting and working two job make my extent less than a time?

I began working at ABC financial on June 1st, while maintain my first job segment time. I get up at 6:00, work from 8 to 5, later go straight to Flake and work from give or take a few 5:20 to 8:30 or 9:00. I don't get home until around 9:00 or 9:30 every dark, and by then my fiance is home near our friends usually. I am not sleeping as much as i need to. As for the other possibility, we own been pretty diligent, but i'm not sure if i can rule out a baby. i enjoy not taken a test.
