well i dont think it make a difference if your period is really frothy if you wear one but if its skimpy and the sides are tieable then this wont work but if your wearing a bikini that the sides arent spread out for tying, wear another bathing suit under it, orelse, since its really wispy, dont wear anything and nothing will evolve, i tried it b4. just ask your mom or something, im not sure if i help.
