i am 13 years old. and i wanna look different by the time college starts. i am 14 and i am around 5"5" and i weigh around 180. i know. really over weight. i wanna loose 1-2 pds a week. how heaps calories should i have?

Mimi is right...1500-1800 calories today...and a little bit of exercise. Don't be surprised if you lose more at first and afterwards it slows down. Drink lots of water (that will keep hold of you from slowing down) and be sure to take a vitamin every time.

OMG your within the same situation as me, i wanna progress into school near a bang and for culture to be really surprised! ive been on a diet but i save breaking it but i still lose up to 3-4 pounds a week, i just exercise for an hour and a partially 3 or 4 times a week and drink 3 litres of water a sunshine...i weigh 170 pounds and am sick of feelin heavy and bloated..but the exercise really help..dont starve yourself, just run or power hoof it a few times a week and eat lots of veg and fruit..and try an pinpoint whats cause your weight gain, anything it is, cut it out and replace it with an ginger or an apple...just focus on what ethnic group are gonna think when you budge into school skinnier! everyone will be so proud so keep hold of workin hunni! you can do it!
