I was just now prescribed Effexor but I can afford it?

Who do u go to if u cant afford the prescription that was presribed to you?

If not, don't take the prescription - you're not supposed to stop taking it suddenly, so it could make you sick if you start taking it, afterwards find out you can't afford it after a month or two.
Ask your doctor about something different. I be prescribed effexor but chose not to take it in recent times because of the side effects people experience.

ask you dr. or pharmasist if in that is a generic brand. or ask your dr. if there is something else that would work resembling the effexor, but cheaper. explain to your dr. that it is to expensive, im sure he will be happy to serve you. or maby give you sample.

first sour talk to the pharmacist something like possible generics... also in illinois walmart have been offering a 30 supply of medication (specific generics) for $4.00 you could check near your walmart if they are doing that ... also talk to the dr going on for possible sample supplies or a different medication..
