well it depends on what your cravings are but you have to be completely unswerving to what stop craving whatever it is.. for ex. a cigarette cut down to a few a year and evetually you will stop and the craving will go away after a while..food such as sweets you hold to get rid of adjectives the sweets in your house and surrounding and it's adjectives just a business of mind over matter.. you hold to put your all into controling your cravings.. correct luck
