eat totally little every few hours. for lunch, have a sandwich near a variety of vegetables and meat on it. doing this will also hang on to you from getting hungry so often and help those cravings.
Just get through what you are craving
smoke cigarettes.

well it depends on what your cravings are but you have to be completely unswerving to what stop craving whatever it is.. for ex. a cigarette cut down to a few a year and evetually you will stop and the craving will go away after a while..food such as sweets you hold to get rid of adjectives the sweets in your house and surrounding and it's adjectives just a business of mind over matter.. you hold to put your all into controling your cravings.. correct luckOne word...WATER!! And rime cold water at that (your body burns calories a short time ago warming the water) Water is the solitary nutrient that enables the body to burn flabby. It also controls cravings. If you will drink 8 oz of ice cold marine before respectively and every snack and meal, you will devour less. 1.when im hungry and see something i want i dance over to the fridge and get dampen and go find something to preserve me busy
2.find the alternative [e.i.if you want coca cola go look for diet coca cola]
3.drink your craving in moderation
