Volleyball workout?

Volleyball starts in 3 weeks and I need to start getting rear legs into the training routine what are some workouts I can do daily and what tpye of foods should I put away to maintain my immensity?

Volleyball is considerer a type of illustrious cardiovascular exercise, hm what i can suggest is that you drink plenty of water, because to get hold of in shape and stay within shape atheletes needs hose more than anything else, eat lots of fruits/veggies next to good amount of carbohydrates until that time your workout or volleyball game, approaching bananas, cucumbers, apples, kiwi.
A snack bar, approaching vector energy banister is great for in between meal.
You must eat a righteous breakfast, which determines your performance for the rest of the hours of daylight, have similar to eggs, muffin, milk, or oatmeal, toast.
Lunch you can eat approaching rice, noodles, speghetti, with chicken breast, beef, or pork sometimes, beside asparagus, potatoes, etc. drink alot of water milk and ginger juice.
For dinner enjoy something light, try not to over guzzle, because the extra food you eat at dinner, you dont move during your hours of darkness of sleep, it turns to FAT ;'(
Dinner is your choice of carbohydrates, protein, combined meal.
and remember hose down is really important, enjoy a water bottle beside you al the time, drink water by the carters everyday, thats what i do :)

Your workout, should consist of running, sit ups, push ups, jump jacks, swimming, something along those lines.
If you are an organized person who like to get ahead and not apathetic, wake up surrounded by the morning and run in the morning, bring a water bottle run on void stomach, it will use your fat storage directly. If you are indolent run at evening/night time but it wont be as effective as you run within the morning.
Plan how many sit ups push ups you will do everyday, let say you want to do 50/50 per daylight to start, after like a week you should enjoy gotten better so you increase your limit to 100/100 a sunshine, and so on, just work frozen, and you will get here:)
