The back of my thighs HURT!! are they firming up or did I verbs a muscle?

Ive been a dancer 10 years, but presently that it's summer and I'm training on my own (teacher on vacation) the back of my thighs hurt really doomed to failure. both of them, in one and the same spot. just a dash down the middle running from the bottom of my butt almost to my knee.

It doesn't breed me limp or anything. Do you conjecture they're just firming up or I might own pulled something?

If you've tried any unknown method working out, or training, it could be that your body is just unused to it and there's lactic tart built up - stretch, drink water, and you should be okay... but if it's actual misery and not just discomfort, you've probably pulled something - rime it, no heat (heat will aggravate the pulled muscle even more, because in attendance's already inflammation)... good luck :)

Just sounds like you overdid your exercise routine. Use rime packs and see if that help.

Pain that goes down the rear of you thigh to your knee sounds approaching sciatic nerve affliction. Maybe you pulled something in your lower back and specifically putting pressure on your sciatic nerve
