Wanting to lose some belly portly and lbs in common...?

I am five foot nine inches and weight 175lbs. I know that this is not overweight (although according to a BMI calculator I am). I am well and fairly busy as I am a daycare teacher, but I enjoy put on some weight that I would close to to get rid of. Can anyone tender me any tips? Workout ideas? (I hold bad ankles so running isn't great) great, glib, recipes that are both athletic and that my husband will like and will be wadding for him as well? Thank you to anyone who can support!

One piece that has really help me to lose weight is fresh fruit.

Whenever I perceive like snacking, I of late grab some fruit and munch away! I've lost going on for 20 lbs in two months purely by quitting fast food and consumption fresh fruit!

I think i am in the region of to start my period but i'm not sure?
