Have you been dx near PCOS?

I was dx near PCOS 2 yrs ago. I have lots of the symptoms, except for absent period. Instead, I go through times when I enjoy excessive periods. I be actually diagnosed after have my period for 11 months straight. Since my initial diagnosis I go on birth control and was later prescribed spironolactone and metformin. I discontinued the metformin and spironolactone as it seemed to enjoy bad side effects (vomitting, freq urination). About 8 months next, this past July, I dc the patch. This olden month, it seems approaching my symptoms are resurfacing. I was wondering if excessive bleeding is a symptom of PCOS or be I perhaps misdiagnosed? I am unsure to go stern on metformin and spironolactone due to the negative side effects, and my husband and I would close to to consider getting pregnant soon, so I am trying to avoid bc. Have you had similar side effects to the medication? If so, be there some other medication that worked for you? Do you know of any homeopathic remedies?

Cramps? They hurt?

to become conscious pcos, you have to realize the causes and next the causes of the symptoms.... mostly, women that have pcos are any overweight, or aren't that healthy unanimously. One major impose of the actual cysts is high blood sugar. Are you diabetic? if so, receive sure you keep your sugars lower than control. Also, fighting any bacterial infections as soon as they appear is a virtuous way to avoid the cysts.

as for homeopathic remedies... some family say that taking l-lysine will assist, but i haven't had any luck near that. A friend of mine went totally inbred on everything that she put in her body, down to her shampoos and makeup. it seems to be working for her. she doesn't enjoy the toxins building up in her system, and she's actually lost almost 20 lbs surrounded by the last six months, minus changing her each day routine. :) yaay for her! lol

lots of water, lots of exercise, lots of stout eating. Good luck, I know, it's a strain in the butt.
