Whenever I shave "down there" i get scratchy bumps, what should i do?

I dont want to spend any money, i just stipulation to know what i am doing wrong or if it is normal?

of late use lotion for the bumps. you need to shave close to everyday or everyother day for a while, until your skin gets use to it. and other use lotion after shaving.

Its not honest to do it 'down there' find a brazillian, it may hurt, and cost a bit, but it is deffinatley worth it and you wont get anymore bumps!
