when ever i don't have ample milk i bleed and i have cramping lately likei'm getting my period ,but it's lately for hour !is it normal?

Do you still breast nurture the whole time? Or do you allready nurture the baby other food too? Usually if you nurture the baby simply breast milk you don't get your interval at all but as soon as you nurture the baby some other food and not so much breast milk anymore you will obtain a period once surrounded by a while-after you stopped completly with breast feed the period come stern regulary.
That does not sound common. Most women do not have a spell while breast feeding unless they are one and only doing it half and partly. You should talk to your doctor and ask them.

I breatfed for 13 months and after 6 months my time came spinal column. That was also around the time my son started ingestion solids and nursing less frequently so my milk supply be low.
