I had my time 2 weeks ago for 5 days, and its been put a bet on for 10 days. Whats going on?

I had my regular programmed period for its conventional 5 days, and then a week next, I got it again. It's still going, 10 days subsequent, and what scares me is that the amount of blood is still impossible to tell apart as when it started. Not heavy, not pallid, no clotting. The color started out brown, now it looks freshly red. My boyfriend of 4 years have had a vasectomy, so I cant be pregnant. Can someone please consent to me know if this will pass, or if I should diary an appt. I don't have condition insurance and I cant really afford a doctors visit right immediately if its not neccessary.
