Teen GIrl Physical exam ?..real put somebody through the mill not a pervert.friend needs minister to?
In the group i hang beside i'm normally the one ppl come to beside complicated questions. one of my best friends (who is a feminine that's 15) asked me what they would do to her in a sports physical. ive have one b4 but i honestly didnt know what they did differently 4 girls. i told her what happened surrounded by mine but that i would find out what i could. so plz help us

It's not that unpromising. I don't even think they looked at me in your birthday suit or anything. They just did the usual height/weight and eyes/ears checks. They deeply just talk to me about the personal stuff, close to they asked if I had my extent yet and for how long, but that be about it.
i never had one but most expected they would just step over stuff like freight, heights, interval junk... ect concerned of like a check up, oh and I don`t know muscles.. IDK never had one but i bet i enjoy to get one this year JOY! NOT
It's not that startling or difficult...I've have several since I played sports in giant school.
Different docs may swing their physicals a little.
Here go:
They are mainly checking to see if you are in dutiful health..heartrate, blood pressure, etc.
They brand you stretch to test your flexibility.
Also, they engineer sure your periods are occurring generally and that you don't have any problems that would have need of to be addressed. They have a feeling your abdomen next to a little pressure to check things out...
That's in the order of it...

i play softball so i own to get one every year.adjectives they do isask you some questions, roughly personal things like your time of year.
then sometimes they own you pee in a cup, usually in recent times the first time, and i don't think it's mandatory, cuase i acutally haven't done it.
after they feel your stumoch
later they just check your eyes and ears and that notmal stuff
they nick your pusle and check your heart
they have you do jump jacks or jump around or some sympathetic of small excersise, and then they lug your pulse again.
the first two times i had mine i could stay in my commonplace clothes, but the third time they made me put on a gown, i relaly don't know why other than it be a different doctor.
