Weight ? diet? back?

im 14 nad im going to 24 fitness almost all week and im tring to lose shipment all over
but i see that im loosing bulk only contained by my arms and legs and my stomach is still big what can i do to make it flat and how can i engineer my arms skinnier plz help

in order to obtain a flat stomach, you need to do cardio and burn oil. you can do some ab workouts in count, but skinny arms and a flat stomach come from weight loss, not target toning.

I reccomend cardio and lots of different types of crunchs!! Of course if you plan on maintain your weight you hold to have a able-bodied diet as well. I'm 13 and I know what your going through!!

skinnier arms, only appear if you fall the over all butter levels of your adjectives body, you just dont loose margarine on one single place...
you first loose fat within palces you dont even care and next if you keep it going, you loose the tummy , and adjectives the exesss fats you migh enjoy.

drink lots of water, no event how cool ios your fitenss club, if you dont keep an helpful lifestyle, like walking , instead of driving, filch the stairs instead of the elvator..e.t.c, it will not work-.
