It depends what you travel through. Me i get cramps and my legs hurt and i consistency hurt in my together body. Maybe you feel similar to that because of the symptoms you get earlier your periods.like everyone else said, bloating lol... but i also think the cravings to munch through sweet or salty stuff (usually cast-offs food) makes you be aware of worse about your body as very well
