there is no ideal diet. all you can do is swot up everything about nutrition that you can and progress from there. but here is alot of crappy info and crappy diet on the web, so mind what you believe and buy. ther only sure fire course to lose is diet and exercise. exercise probly being the most significant part, becuase to be precise whats going to tone you, and give you muscle, and as everyone know, muscular people burn more oil during the day than inhabitants of average fitness. but motivation is key. above adjectives. why dont you get involved in a fun class, resembling spinning, or yoga, or pilates. those are fun and you can meet some great friends in attendance, whome have one and the same intrests as you!! im proud of you for stepping up to the plate and realizing what you hold to do to better yourself. good luck!
