This may sound stupid but, how can you tell? I own Mirena and when I went to check for my strings I noticed that I seem either swollen or my uterus is lower than normal... Please facilitate!!

Check with your gyn doc if it's normal. Could be an indication of a problem or could in recent times be random. Best to check though.
