How do I know when I am about to own an orgasm?

Is it like this? My body starts to catch hot and the whole vagina nouns starts to get an "itchy" hunch, as if I want to "Pee"? Like I am bursting for the toilet! Is this normal? Is this the process of have a female orgasm?
