Help please im confused?

Its normal. It happen to me before I go on the pill if I can give you appropriate advise turn on the pill. It will let your term come the same afternoon every month so you will be prepared.

I have massively high spell with clots i am immensely about that i dont know why any suggestions?

You didn't mention your age.
If you are contained by your late forties it could be peri-menopause.
If you are younger. Try checking beside your doc about fibroid tumors. I have them and I bled for a month.

How much should I weigh and still be healthy?

I can't detail by your question exactly what you are asking. I don't know if you are have shorter or longer periods than the average 28 days. Or if you are bleeding 7 to 10 days.

Firstly, what day are you counting as your first day of your term? The first day of your length is the first day that you start bleeding. So when you attain your period that is to say the first day of your subsequent 28 day cycle. A lot of young at heart women confuse this and count the 1st afternoon the day after your extent is finished and count 28 days from then.

If you are have long periods, ie. 7 - 10 days long, it really isn't that exceptional. If your period is solid for all 7 - 10 days afterwards you need to be in motion to your doctor and tell them nearly it because you could become anemic.

If you periods are longer or shorter than 28 days and you are a juvenile then it isn't anything to verbs about because most of the early cycles are anovulatory meaning no ovulation have occurred and they are irregular. It is your body adjust to the whole hormone entry.

If you are older and you are have irregular periods you should speak to your doctor because you could be experiencing hormone issues and something as simple as birth control could regulate it for you.

I hope I help some.

How many times a hours of daylight should I masterbate?
