Constant urge to pee...even after i just go?

I'm 22, female, and not pregnant. It adjectives started this morning. I went out second night drinking next to friends. I got up and go to pee this morning, and as soon as i got bad the toliet I felt similar to i had to budge again. I tried and hardly anything come out. I've been on and stale the toliet for like 50 times surrounded by the last former hour or two. There is also a mix of blood in within, but i think that's because of a cut into inside...i told my husband to clip his nails...but anyway. Please support!
