Not any more.

PMT meaning pre menstrual tautness (moods swings, depression, anxiety, anger, the latter can all be symptoms)

Also tender breasts, backache, the munchies, short annoyance, tiredness, low energy level, pelvic pain - oh the joy of womanhood.

Some relief may be obtain by eating a well-mannered diet, fresh fruit and veg everyday also diet supplements of B6, B12 or take a B group vitamin, also evening primrose or starflower, also can get hold of supplement from boots the chemist especially for the problem.

Rest well - bring back a full 8 hours sleep - try to avoid the chocolate, coffee and cheese around that time of the month, get some virtuous pain killer if you are in agony. You can talk to your doctor if you own tender breasts for which Efamol can be prescribed.

Oral pleasure?

Oh well within that case...ask me husband. For something like 2 weeks before i start my spell I have the WORST mood swings. I can honestly speak i don't even like to be around myself. Ha-ha

Will my spell stop as soon as i start taking birth control pills?

PMT is the same as PMS.. so the symptoms are impossible to tell apart. Every women has different symptoms and that`s why has their own solutions to it.

Personally when i am within that mood i sit myself down.. do i couple of breathing exercises, grab the biggest slab of chocolate i can, lock the door, turn off the phone and monitor a really good fear-provoking movie.

Works for me

Why am I having a length for 3 weeks in a row?

I receive moany (sort that out by moaning at the boyfriend, haha, lucky him) I want to eat adjectives the time... so I do... and thats about it really.
