There are lots of cause of breast pain. Hormones are the usual culprit. Too much caffeine can also do sore breasts, as well as dehydration, sure medicines, and ill-fitting bras. If you are getting close to your time, that is probably the grounds. If not, cut back on your caffeine intake and drink plenty of hose down. Go to the doctor if the pain is painful or doesn't improve, as here could be an underlying infection that needs to be treated.

It could be many things... what type of pain is it? Do you hold any other symptoms (fever, swelling, tenderness, flue close to symptoms...)? If you have these type of symptoms, likelihood are it's mastitis (a breast infection that needs to be treated next to antibiotics!) It could also be caused by commonplace hormonal fluctuations, pregnancy, etc. If it persists, see your doc.
