I am in a military camp every week of the summer, and I need to be energized every one of those days. It take me at least 15 minutes to achieve to sleep every night, and I call for every second of sleep I can get. So, how do YOU take to sleep?

It take me at least 15 mins respectively night, be that way adjectives my life. I bring a sleeping pill. It's funny but I always muse of something comforting and it works. I think of chocolate, lol! Like a world where on earth everything is edible chocolate. It's silly but it help to clear my mind and slowly puts me to sleep. Music is another option. Or reading. Also a body bath with lavender help me. =)

Tips to remember to take my birth control while within Europe?

I put my ipod on a sleep timer and listen to some slow songs utill i drift off to sleep. Its a pretty flawless method and now i cant sleep minus it =).

15 minutes? You shouldn't be worried more or less anything! However, you can maybe try listen to audiobooks, narration sometimes soothes more than music. Also: Lavender oil on your temple, but that's only if you resembling the smell. Good luck!
