Help for bad spell symptoms?

I have REALLY desperate PMS, not emotional, but physical. I PMS for 2 weeks, hold my period for 1 week, obtain 1 week of break, and then final to 2 weeks of PMS and so on. My boobs get so sore (they are Ds) and it make everything I do hurt. I also get cramping, stern pain, and a few other things. But the 14 days of boob soreness is TERRIBLE. Does the birth control pill give support to with these symptoms? Are nearby any specific brands that you could name?

YES! When I was 14, I be pretty much crying the entire time I was on my extent. Bad cramps and heavy flow. Birth control pills be my life investor. I've been on them for over 10 years, and I just about have any PMS symptoms, and I enjoy a 4 day extent. You should make an appointment beside a clinic or doc!

The pill will oblige with cramping, but Midol should assist other symptoms.

midol, and pamton both remarkably good but stir with the midol at least possible that is my first pick. some tips i hold are excersize not hard core merely walk a pet, or do something you relish it really does help. Bubble baths get the impression great on your boobs, cramps, and back even headache. Heating packs work great too. Wear extra snug bras to hold on to them on top of your chest and not moving so the strain is less. The pill. Im not too sure in the region of that one but i think it does work.
