Period/tampons?
i just started my period
and i own a VERY light flow
resembling less than a wipe a day(1/2 maybe ish)
i want to move about swimming, but all i own are reg. tampons
ar ethose too big? are there any smaller? im really not interested in making my first tampon experience the worst entity of my life so i never want to do it again, you know? haha

Try Tampax lites. They are very small. They also may still hold Tampax junior. They are designed for teenagers.

i've gone swimming next to Super tampons. you really won't even feel it so don't verbs. the size depends on how much you are bleeding. the tampon soaks up the blood but it will fit to lining of your uterus so don't verbs about it expanding to some great humiliated size. it won't . it is specifically designed to form to your bodyYes they do make Jr. tampons, you are probably going to hold to buy the box that has adjectives different sizes in it, that brand would be tampax. explicitly all i use is that brand.no if you read the insructions on the insert in the box, it should be a breeze the first time, mine be and that was 40 yrs ago. hahaha! hope this help
